Currently we don’t have any bootcamp sessions booked as yet, but we will be hosting them soon. However, you can request a session by sending us a message on our contact form.
You may use your weekly and monthly training packages during any 7-day or 30-day period of your choosing. This will need to be clarified with your coach before the commencement of your program.
Unfortunately, we do not offer student discounts at the moment.
In-home training is offered in the entire city of Pretoria East, West, North and South. However, we do not cater to Midrand.
There are many factors that can influence when you are able to start seeing results. If you follow the training programs closely and workout consistently, you should see changes within a month. However, nutrition is always very important. It’s through eating well that you will be able to see the most significant change from your workout program.
